BUMPdate 12 weeks...

Here we are at 12 weeks! One week away from the second trimester!! I've been feeling much better so far, still a little nauseous at times but nothing horrible. My crazy appetite hasn't kicked in quite yet...I do get really hungry if I wait too long to eat but for the most part I've been able to stick to my three meals a day plus a snack or two here and there. I'm up three pounds at this point which isn't much but this belly is making it difficult to fit into any of my regular pants or shorts anymore. Dresses, skirts, and maternity pants it is from here on out!

I felt this sweet little baby wiggle around for the first time yesterday! We had been out and about all day so once we finally got home I laid down in my bed to relax and watch a movie with the boys when I felt those first little flutters and flicks. Makes me so anxious to meet and discover who this little person is! I'm still predicting boy for the gender and I'm hoping we'll find out in less than two weeks. We have an ultrasound scheduled and if baby co operates we may get a peek! Oliver is fully convinced that he's getting a little brother so for that reason I'm kind of hoping he's right. Switching modes to a baby sister may be difficult for him. :) The other day he pointed to my belly and said "Baby brother's in there! Is he going to be a bad guy?". I have no idea why he would ask that but apparently he's on a "bad guy" kick because he proclaimed just the other day that he had "bad guy hair". What's "bad guy hair" you ask?? I have no idea...

We have a first name sort of picked out for a boy but haven't fully decided yet. When it comes to girl names we are completely lost and haven't found one yet in the history of our three pregnancies that we have liked so I'm kind of dreading that battle if it's one we have to fight coming up. :) I'm sure God will show us the perfect little girl name if that's what He has for us!
